Follow the making of your piece.
These day ranges are indicative estimates for a custom cast design. Steps vary by design, and some pieces finish earlier within our 14–28 day production window. This guide does not show your order’s live status. After your piece is complete, free US shipping takes 3–5 business days.

Day 1Your order is placed
We review the customization details you have shared and get in touch if we have questions or need to discuss a proof.

Days 2–5Your design is prepared
For designs that require it, our designers create a 3D CAD drawing to guide the next stage.

Days 6–8A mold takes shape
For custom cast pieces that require a mold, a 3D printed mold guides the casting process.

Days 9–21Your piece is made and finished
The finishing steps depend on the design and may include casting, plating where applicable, and polishing.

Days 22–28Checked, packed and shipped
Once complete, your jewelry is inspected, packed in an Anthology gift box, and shipped to you.
Worth the wait
When will my order arrive?
Production comes first. Standard production takes 14–28 days. Paying for priority production reduces production time to 7–14 days. Shipping begins after your piece is complete.
Production times may vary by season. We increase production capacity during holiday periods and will post holiday order-by deadlines on our website so you know the last day to order for delivery before the holiday.
